2026 GRO Parade of Homes: House #2 — The Kupari
Built by Genesis Homes NW and rooted in Finnish heritage, this nearly 4,000-square-foot residence pairs Scandinavian simplicity with warm, natural materials. Walnut cabinetry, brushed oak flooring, hand-applied plaster, and custom steel entry doors run throughout a dramatic 23-foot vaulted great room, a chef’s kitchen with butler’s pantry, and a private one-bedroom ADU.
MH Design Studio was proud to lead interior design on The Kupari. From material selections to finish schedules, every detail was curated to bring the home’s Finnish-inspired vision to life. The result balances architectural distinction with everyday livability.
