INTRODUCING THE KOUSA

It was such an honor to be asked by Genesis Homes NW to collaborate with them on such an amazing project for the 2022 Parade of Homes. We took a mid-century modern concept and turned it into a NW Modern exterior that allowed indoor and outdoor living to be cohesive as one in the main living spaces. I am often asked "what is your favorite part of this home?" and to be honest I cannot name just one feature. There are so many amazing elements in this home throughout!
